• Ideal for new asphalt (60-90 days after installation), and existing asphalt showing minimal degradation.
• Any untreated asphalt pavement with a Pavement Condition Index above 60.
• Apply RePlay to highways, streets, driveways, parking lots, trails, runways, rumble strips, shoulders, curbs, sidewalks and more.
• Do not dilute. Always pre-mix before applying.
• Do not apply to damp or wet asphalt pavement.
• Pavement will be slick immediately after spraying, before curing.
• Rain: Avoid application if rain has occurred within the last 12 hours or if surfaces retain moisture. Rain events may be allowed 5 minutes after cure.
• Avoid RePlay application in high winds.
• New pavements: wait at least 60 days to allow low molecular weight volatile asphalt chemicals to evaporate before applying RePlay
• Standard application rates of 0.015-0.020 are meant for pavements with a PCI of 60% (good condition) or above
• Application rates may increase to 0.020-0.030 on pavements showing more degradation
• Over-application will soften the pavement and take much longer to cure.
• RePlay will not fix potholes nor seal large cracks wider than 1/4 inches. Avoid treating pavements exhibiting too much degradation.
